They round them up and tell them “Go back to your childhood and remember your relationship with your parents!”.
No matter what you recall it will be evenly translated to what is happening to you right now. If you are a girl who missed her dad you will be getting into relationships with older men. If your mum was repressive and you are a boy you will be seeking phallic women. All these divine messages entrap you in just a few square feet of narrow-minded thinking. This is how addiction is recycled to “you’re acting like…” in simulation and “I like him because he’s my dad!” or “I like her because she’s my mum” in hypnosis.
Henri Bergson (Le rire) describes a method of suggestion designed to hypnotize by means of insinuation, that can even incite hallucinations, and that can create confusion and transform faces into objects. I will elaborate on this a bit so you can see it more clearly. From my psychoanalytic point of view, the confusion arises from resemblance. That is, “if someone were to curse at you once”, (cause), like then you seek that cursing now (Effect). That is what they tell you. That so-called “one plus one equals two” leads to a paranoid reasoning which fancies itself of the mathematical kind. It is very easy to turn others into a thing, object, since you are one too. You sort them, count them, line them up for the parade etc. Time is trapped in space, in a dead-end topology and this is where the hypnosis of treatment models that allegedly increase your endurance towards your own trauma through repetitive suggestion and which effectively make you disappear begins. You are no longer of flesh and blood and wander around in your prison yard like a ghost of yourself. You have already obediently accepted the images suggested to you.
I will narrate a short picture showing how far this “refrain” they are teaching you to sing can go, in your job and relationships with others. A man paints a chair, he moves it outside, “No, too windy, the paint won’t dry…” he puts it back inside “No, too damp, it won’t dry…”, he takes it outside again and keeps moving with this stupefying rhythm of inertia for eight-hours and twelve-hours while “acting” useful! The employer gloats watching that man who never sits down for a rest. In much the same way not even his own thought stops to think. And if it does it will orbit around objects, drive itself crazy in its inner “chatter”, be scared and reduce the body more and more to a feeble follower.
Hypnosis is in charge…
